The service. Simon Academics is a tutoring center in Fremont, California. These terms cover our website, the parent and student portal at go.simonabc.com, and our text message notifications.
Accounts. Accounts are for enrolled families. Keep your sign in details to yourself, and tell us if you think someone else has them. A student account is for that student's own work.
Text message program. By ticking the consent box on the Notifications screen of your account you agree to receive class reminders and school notices at the mobile number you give us.
Message frequency varies, about 1 to 4 per week.
Message and data rates may apply.
Reply STOP to unsubscribe, HELP for help.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of enrolling in any class.

Fees. Tuition is invoiced per term. A class is scheduled once payment is arranged with the office.
Acceptable use. Do not use the portal to store or send anything unlawful, and do not try to reach another family's material.
Your child's work. Work your child submits stays theirs. We use it to teach and give feedback.
Changes. We may update these terms. The current version always lives on this page.
